Bug reports, privacy questions, wrong copy, or a grid that froze mid-fill — email contact@sudokugridbase.com. We keep the address off the site footer on purpose so it only shows up when you meant to write. There is no phone desk and no chat widget.
Include the page URL, your browser (and phone vs desktop if it matters), difficulty or Killer mode if relevant, and what you expected versus what happened. A short note beats a novel. Screenshots help when a Hint reason looks wrong or a conflict highlight will not clear.
What we can help with
- Game will not start, blank grid, or Worker failed to load
- Hint technique / reason that clearly contradicts a legal placement
- Check flagging a digit that should be legal, or missing an obvious conflict
- Pencil marks, Daily seed, or New puzzle behaving oddly after a browser clear
- Killer cages / sums that look wrong for a generated puzzle
- Broken links, layout glitches on guide pages, accessibility issues
- Privacy or terms questions about local storage, analytics, or email you send us
What we cannot do
- App-store refunds, APK installs, or “sideload this package” support
- School firewall / filter bypass advice
- Recover a local score or daily marker from another device or an old browser profile
- Host your clone, sell ranks, or certify a personal solve time
- Dump full solutions for every seed on demand (Hint and Check are coaching aids)
- Debug third-party extensions that inject scripts into the page
- Provide financial, medical, or academic advice — this is a logic puzzle
Product scope stays narrow: browser sudoku with technique-named Hint, Pencil, Check, Daily, and honest difficulty bands — plus Killer and guide pages that keep a live board.
